David Mosberg
David Mosberg is a 25-year business administration and management veteran who specializes in helping companies grow profits while keeping customer/client experience at the forefront of the relationship. Over the past 20 years, he has focused on business acquisitions and turn-arounds while creating long term systems and environments for growth. Working with small to medium sized businesses and getting them to sustainable and increasing financial opportunities is what David has turned his focus on over the past 5 years with great success. ‘My passion has become helping small business owners take their unique gifts and turn them into life-long financial legacies!’
David volunteers by teaching Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace university and a youth class for teenagers on managing money for the future. David and his Bride Marla have three Children and live in Montgomery, TX. He is a former professional chef who also loves to read and spend time watching his daughters dance competitively now that his son has retired from his ice hockey career.

Jenn Fedde
Jenn Fedde’s career in accounting began unusually early. At age 10, she was already balancing ledgers while her peers were balancing on monkey bars. That early fascination grew into a lifelong profession and a genuine love of making numbers make sense.
Today, Jenn leads the accounting team, where she specializes in designing and implementing accounting systems and providing strategic financial guidance. She takes pride in building efficient, reliable processes that bring clarity to complex financials and keep the books accurate and on schedule. Beyond the numbers themselves, Jenn helps clients understand what their financials are telling them, offering practical guidance that supports smarter decisions and sustainable growth. Her team benefits from her steady leadership, attention to detail, and belief that a well-designed system is the foundation of every successful organization.
Outside the office, Jenn brings the same sense of balance to her personal life. She enjoys yoga, seeking out great food, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with her family.
